Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have a change of heart after receiving an item, we will refund the amount paid for the merchandise.
To initiate a return you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt of the item and return it in the original packing materials, to Boxwood & Birch, within 10 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a credit for the returned item, it must be returned to Boxwood & Birch undamaged, in the original packing materials.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item we will issue a credit to the credit card with which you paid for the item. You are responsible for insuring we receive the item, undamaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event an item you ordered arrives damaged or defective, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. If an item is part of a set it may be necessary to return the entire set for replacement.
To initiate return of a damaged or defective item please follow this process:
- Within 24 hours, please email email@example.com or call us at 904-373-0036, within 24 HOURS. It is critical that you notify us within 24 hours to enable us to facilitate a claim with the carrier or our vendor within their required time frame for refund and replacement requests.
- Take pictures of the damaged areas of the item and the packing materials/ box and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for either refund or replacement.
- Retain all packing materials and pack the item in the manner in which it was received.
- Upon receipt of our email with the Return Authorization (RA) please print it and tape it in a manner to cover the original shipping label. Please do not cover the bar code or address or any other information on the RA with tape.
- Deliver the package to the appropriate carrier within 48 hours of receipt of the RA.
If the item is still in stock, a replacement will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the return. If the item is subsequently on back-order we will notify you. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund, to the credit card used to purchase the item, as soon as we have confirmed the item has been received by our vendor.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE ABOVE STATED PROCESS IS FOLLOWED, AND TIME-FRAMES MET, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
Following are items not eligible for refund or replacement:
1. Items not in original packaging.
2. Clearance / sale items
3. Special orders
4. Original art
